Smarten eCommerce Analytics app provides vital eCommerce dashboards and reports to manage business health and identify opportunities to expand and grow your eCommerce business. It provides sales reports, sales trends and sales contribution, advanced key performance indicators (KPIs) and analytics to reveal Customer Lifetime value (LTV), Customer Cohorts, Customer Loyalty and Product Cross Sell reporting and dashboards to merchants who use Shopify to power their stores. This Privacy Policy describes how personal information is collected, used, and shared when you install or use the App in connection with your Shopify-supported store.

When you install the App, we are automatically able to access certain types of information from your Shopify account including:

We collect personal information directly from the relevant individual, through your Shopify accountor using the following technologies: “Cookies” are data files that are placed on your device or computer and often include an anonymous unique identifier. Data Retention

When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information. When you install our app, we store this data in our database and, upon uninstallation of the Smarten: eCommerce Analytics app, we delete all the information stored from our database except for information like your Shopify account email address, phone number and other contact information. This information is retained, so that we can stay in touch with you. If you wish to unsubscribe you can contact us via our contact email address.

From time to time, we may make changes to our Privacy Policy to reflectchanges in our practices or for other governmental, operational, legal or regulatory reasons.
